Although previously mentioned that Angel Andres was the owner of the establishment, we have gotten new information after finding documents regarding a document for the Chucky Cheeze trademark. The name of the owner listed on the papers were Jon Dee Noe, at least for the 2009 submission. There was an earlier one in 2006 that didn't have the name for the owner, just the representative. The owner is a North American male who at the time also worked as manager for another establishment in Puerto Vallarta known as Velas Vallarta, which is a resort that is still open. There has been a bunch of negative reviews on this place during the time Noe still worked as manager at the place.
Ruy Melena, the uploader and creator of the 2009 Chucky Cheeze TV Spot advertisement, stated in the comments section that the owner was North American, providing more evidence that Noe may be the true owner.
The first theory was a Linkedin user named Cheeze Richard from Medford, New Jersey, who had previously worked as a Cheeze Meister at Chucky Cheeze to Please. However, this is most certainly not the proprietor of the establishment, and it is proven a hoax (btw who even names their child Cheeze!?!?)
We are currently unable to confirm the actual owner of Chucky Cheeze until we reach out to Noe, but he is the closest we can get.
Chucky Cheeze closed between November and December of 2011. Previously theorized that it closed due to a lawsuit filed by CEC Entertainment, the true or most likely reason was because of unpaid debt within the building, which is proven on the door of the mall entrance, stating "PREDIO EN PROCESO DE EMBARGO," translated in English, "PROPERTY UNDER FORECLOSURE."
